Assistant Beaver Scout Leader (ABSL)

Support the delivery of a safe, exciting and stimulating balanced programme for the 44^th Colchester Beaver Scout Colony (ages 6 to 8).  Actively helping the Beaver Scout Leader to promote the achievement of badges and awards.  As well as helping to ensure every young person in the section has the opportunity to attend at least one night’s away experience.

Assistant Cub Scout Leader (ACSL)

Support the delivery of a safe, exciting and stimulating balanced programme for the 44^th Colchester Cub Scout Colony (ages 6 to 8).  Actively helping the Beaver Scout Leader to promote the achievement of badges and awards.  As well as helping to ensure every young person in the section has the opportunity to attend at least one night’s away experience.

Skills Instructor

Lead the delivery of opportunities for members of 44^th Colchester Scout Group to participate in adventurous activities like climbing, abseiling, canoeing and sailing.  With support from the Group hold the appropriate activity authorisation, to deliver a safe, exciting and stimulating activity.

Fundraising Committee Chair

Manage and lead the fundraising committee in delivering events and initiatives that will raise funds for 44^th Colchester Scout Group.  Working with a team of leaders and supporters to facilitate Scouting opportunities for our young people.

Support the delivery of fundraising events and initiatives, in order to raise funds for 44^th Colchester Scout Group.  Working with a team of leaders and supporters to facilitate Scouting opportunities for our young people.
